I don't often use Windows themes. Usually, the plain old look of Windows is fine for me. Once in a while I see a theme that's striking and I'll try it out. I saw this installed on one of the laptops at work and I just had to have it.

 

The first thing I did was change the wallpaper they included. It's pretty lame.
