Just the other day, one of my co-workers mentionded that his parents had gotten a new PC and he was going over this weekend to help them fix it up. Most people don't consider the fact that they aren't done when they are finished plugging all the cords into place. That's the first step and here are ten more that are just as important as getting the PC running.
