Website - Free Web Service
notes by ClifNotes on 31 Aug 2005, updated 20 Dec 2005
The Qualys website no longer offers a free browser test. They still offer several free tests, but the tests are targeted to be useful for companies with webservers and internal networks. My thanks go to Terry at Terry's Computer Tips for letting me know that Qualys's test was missing.
Fortunately, there are still several good free browser testing services available. I've got them in the order of being my favorites. This doesn't mean that one is better than the others. I'd recommend visits to all of them.

The Qualys website provides you a chance to test your internet browser for security holes. The tests take around 5 minutes and are very intensive. After the test is done you will get the results and some advice on how to fix any shortcommings. See the ScanIt browser tester as well.
Welcome to Qualys' Free Browser Checkup, a series of audits designed to test and fix your browser's security vulnerabilities. Qualys services hundreds of companies—including Adobe, Apple, Bank of the West, British Telecom, HP and Tower Records—for their Network Security.
