IExpress.exe - create self-extracting archives with this XP utility

I saw this article at CFJ (Confessions of a freeware junkie) last month. I may have a use for this built in Window's utility some day. I wrote it down here so I don't forget about it. I'm also hoping that someone reading this may also some day make use of it.
