When I first saw this video, I was reminded of the novel by Philp K. Dick, titled "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?". Being a SCI-FI buff, I also know that this story was the basis for the awesome movie "Blade Runner", one of my all time favorites.
I have heard that some people think this video was faked. I've looked it over and it looks to me like all it took was a lot of hard work by some bored sheepherders and their dogs. I saw nothing that looked like it needed to be faked.
